Life in Cadiz

So I have lived Cadiz almost my entire life.  I live here with my lovely wife Heather, and our two kids Hannah age 11 and Luke who will be 10 Saturday.   We currently reside in the house that my Grandparents lived in.  The town is quiet for the most part unless our dog Jake is on the loose, then things tend to get a little exciting.  To put it nicely our neighbors across the street do not like him Jake is a good dog and protective of our family and they do not like his barking, and I cannot blame them to much on that.  He also has this thing for stealing, he like to bring us home shoes, ball, and a dead animal on some occasions.  But enough about him, you will get updates from time to time on his trouble making ways.  Heather and I both have lived here for about 9 years now.  I grew up here as my grandparents lived here, and Heather grew up a few miles away in another town.  We go to church here, Cadiz Christian.  There is also a Friends church in town.  Now we have no stores, or bars here in town.  Only a Fire Station/ Town Hall, and a small machine shop that makes boat docks.  There is a power plant just outside of town that has never been used.  It caused a big uproar in town when it was put in about tens years ago.  There is a organic farm on the edge of town and they have eight kids.  My children are really good friends with them and they spend alot of time there in the summer.  They will help get eggs, and milk cows, also bring the cows in from the pasture.  They have the best time over on he farm playing. Life here is pretty simple nothing to bad ever happens around here, for the most part people are pretty friendly.  Everyone knows everybody here in town, alot of us go to church together. Life in Cadiz is good.  So thats a little about the town and what happens around here I will keep you updated on what going on!
